According to the Public Relations Office of MRC, one of the concerns of economic approaches in the present century is the property and how to ensure it in the society and the infrastructure of the main economic schools (institutionalists) that was the origin of several Nobelists is the issue of ownership, the office of business studies said.
According to the report, providing security for owners' rights motivate people to do business so that the security of property rights in the society can reduce the risk of economic activities and reducing transaction and uncertainty costs will facilitate and stimulate economic activities.
Also, recognizing importance and causal impact of a variable is perhaps the first stage of an economic research so that after conceptual and causal recognition of the research; should be considered how to establish property rights in the society.
The report Introduces International Property Rights Index and adds that countries of the world are compared in terms of property rights (physical and intellectual) by the index. According to the last report on this indicator, which has been conducted in 2011, the situation of 120 countries has been compared with each other. The index is composed of three basic components: legal and political environment, physical property rights, and intellectual property rights. (the full text of this report is attached.)
