"German Security and defense policies": Rotational Strategies

According to the expert report called "German Security and defense policies": Rotational Strategies which has been published by Political Studies Office of the Islamic Parliament Research Center (IPRC), after two World wars in which German Government has been responsible for moral, political and military problems yet. Also, in accordance with Potsdam Agreement (Protocol of the Proceedings, August 01, 1945 which is the Berlin Conference of the three Heads of the Government of the U.S.S.R, U.S.A. and U.K. which took place from July 17 to August 02, 1945). The agreement seeks to eliminate all Nazi and militarist. But phrases such as "World Peace Service" which has been stipulated in the Preamble to German Constitution, can pave an appropriate way for a military interpretation of peace and security and the pre-requisites for the re-emergence of the military as well as defense and security of the German foreign policy. Although addressing military and defense issues in post-Cold War perspectives on Germany were only addressed as a marginal issue but issues of economic boom have been prioritized.
Federal Republic of Germany as geo-economic power seeks to play new roles in different parts of the World, particularly strategic regions of Central Asia, the Caucasus, as well as West Asia (Middle East), it added.
