Iranian MP commends French robust push to save JCPOA

Underlining the nuclear deal also known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) is an agreement which signed between Iran and six power (5+1 Group) countries as well as belongs to the entire World not just the United States, Chairman of Iran-France Parliamentary Friendship Group warned that withdrawal from the agreement would elicit a proportional reaction from Iran.

Pointing to an old-age friendship ties between Islamic Republic of Iran and France as well as boosting bilateral cooperation after signing the JCPOA, Iranian lawmaker stressed on the high economic capacities of both countries particularly in the areas of energy, communication, transportation and automotive manufacturing industry.
At the meeting, he appreciated French President Immanuel Macron for stressing the need to protect the nuclear deal (JCPOA).
Underscoring Iran’s full commitment to the nuclear accord, Dr. Jalali called on the other signatories (5+1 Group Countries) to honor the deal.
Slamming Trump’s speech at the United Nations (UN) General Assembly against Iran as illogical and irrational, he also stated that the agreement was not signed with one country.
For his part, Director General of French Int’l Diplomatic Academy, Michel Duclos expressed satisfaction over his visit to Iran in order to boost all-out cooperation between the France and Islamic Republic of Iran.
Describing the JCPOA as a good deal that has raised the level of cooperation between Iran and Europe, French partner stressed that Paris was committed to and supported the nuclear accord.
