Stressing the importance of further cementing bilateral ties between Islamic republic of Iran and EU, Iranian senior law maker pointed to good potentials and high capacities to bolster up bilateral relations.
Pointing to the increased risk and prevalence of global terrorism looms as a major threat to international community particularly, regional developments, Head of the Islamic Parliament Research Center (IPRC) urged to uproot terrorism as well as extremism as top priorities for the world, especially, all regional countries.

Calling for EU’s more serious stance on JCPOA (the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action reached in July 2015 between Iran and P5+1 World Power Countries) obstacles hindering implementation of the landmark nuclear deal, the Iranian Parliamentary Member of Standing Committee on National Security and Foreign Policy underscored that EU’s independence, regardless of the US hostile policies, can pave the good way in boosting bilateral ties between Iran and Europe especially in economic and trade areas.
He further stated that holding parliamentary meetings as well as sharing valuable experiences between the two parliaments can play major roles in resolving both international and regional challenges.
Expressing the satisfaction over his visit to Iran, David McAllister, Chairman of the European Parliament’s (EP) Committee on Foreign Affairs for his part, urged on international collaborative efforts to counter against the global terrorism.
European senior law maker considered the JCPOA as a useful document or greater chance which could have been promoted bilateral ties between the European countries and Islamic Republic of Iran. He further highlighted that the European Parliament strongly supports from the effective implementation of the credible nuclear agreement, known officially as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).
