Iran's resistance to US sanctions is a strategic goal

Underlining the Europe as well as France, as one of the involved sides, should preserve the JCPOA officially called the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (which was initially inked between Iran and 5+1 World Power Countries in 2015), Chairman of Iran-France Parliamentary Friendship Group pointed to Iran's prudent resistance strategy for surviving US's anti-Iranian sanctions.

 French Parliamentary delegation headed by the Chairwoman of Foreign Affairs Committee of the French National Assembly Mrs. Marielle de Sarnez as well as accompanied by Mrs. Anne Genetet Chairwoman of France-Iran Parliamentary Friendship Group met Dr. Kazem Jalali Head of the Islamic Parliament Research Center (IPRC) in Tehran on Saturday 15 June 2019.
Pointing to the long-standing friendly ties between the Islamic Republic of Iran and France, Iranian senior lawmaker hailed the enhanced promotion of bilateral relations between the two parliaments.
In spite of the capacity building as well as capability of boosting (bilateral) cooperation between Iran and France, broadening their all-out cooperation is still faced the challenge of US's unilateral sanctions, Head of Iran-France Parliamentary Friendship Group reiterated.
Underscoring that the US officials are taking measures hastily and irrationally to deal with regional affairs, A Member of the Standing Committee on National Security and Foreign Policy of the Islamic Parliament lashed out the US government to make unfounded allegations as well as seditious remarks against the Islamic Republic of Iran over blasts hitting two oil tankers (suspicious incident) in the Sea of Oman.
Referring to the expansion of bilateral parliamentary cooperation between the two countries, Head of the Islamic Parliament Research Center expressed the hope that (these) bilateral meetings and talks can lead to further strengthen their mutual relations.
Expressing her satisfaction over her visit to Iran, Chairwoman of Foreign Affairs Committee of the French National Assembly Mrs. Marielle de Sarnez, for her part, highlighted the great importance of further parliamentary ties between Iran and France particularly, in tough times.
Pointing to the Europe's support for the nuclear deal pact, the French lawmaker reaffirmed Frances' commitment to achieve objectives of saving (the 2015) Iran nuclear deal. She further stated that we make all efforts to facilitate economic relations with Iran through using the much-touted EU trade mechanism, known as the Instrument in Support of the Trade Exchange (INSTEX).
Chairwoman of France-Iran Parliamentary Friendship Group Mrs. Anne Genetet who was also attended the meeting voiced hope that holding bilateral talks can play major role in further strengthening all-out cooperation between the two parliaments.
