On the threshold of the first anniversary of the martyrdom of Lieutenant General Qassem Soleimani and his comrade Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis the deputy chief of Iraq’s PMU (Popular Mobilization Forces), Head of the Islamic Parliament Research Center (IPRC) underlined to get rid of the US from the region in return for his martyrdom.

Praising role of the two commanders in eradicating ISIS as well as highlighting to get rid of the US from the region in return for their martyrdom, Iranian senior law-maker pledged to take "harsh revenge" against the United States.
Hinting at deeper religious, cultural and political commonalities of their nation-state as well as Iran-Iraq neighborhood boundaries, He underscored the further strengthen all-out cooperation with Iraq which can be briefly divided into four categories as follows:
At first, construction and development cooperation in which Islamic republic of Iran is keen to help Iraq to improve all fields of development through broaden bilateral ties between the two parliaments.
At second, cooperation between nations can pave the way for further expansion of relations between the two nations. For example, treatment of Iraqi patients (by the Iranian physicians).
At third, sharing valuable experiences between Iran-Iraq parliaments as well as their parliamentary friendship groups to fight against global arrogance.
At fourth, global cooperation between the two countries can play key role in declining Zionist regime in a bid to achieve an objective of al-Quds liberation as our great ideal.
Appreciating Iranian officials and nations to fight against ISIS (terrorist groups) particularly, top Iranian military commander Lieutenant General Qassem Soleimani, Iraqi Ambassador to Tehran Nasir Abdul Mohsen Abdullah, for his part, acknowledged that It was an honor to meet Lieutenant General Qassem Soleimani and his comrade Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis frequently.
Stressing on crushing retaliation for Lieutenant General Soleimani's assassination and his comrade Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, Iraqi delegation reiterated that in this connection, joint (legal) committees have been established to follow-up their criminal case. Also, Iraqi Parliament passed a resolution on expelling foreign troops.
Noting to deeper commonalities between the two countries such as thousands of Iranian pilgrims including, Iranian million march to Iraq for (annual) Arbaeen pilgrimmage, he recalled that Iraq-Iran border runs for 1450 km.
Although different countries call for investment in republic of Iraq, Iraqis urge on Iran’s largest share of investments in their country, Iraqi Ambassador to Ian went on.
