According to the Public Relations Office of Majlis Research Center, the presence of parliaments represents the most visible sign of governments in the today’s world, the Office of Legal Studies said. Not only in democratic societies, but also in most political communities, the parliament made up of representatives community are one of the main organs forming government. However the main question that hasn’t been responded properly to it yet is the nature of political representation and political position of the members of national parliaments. Moreover, given the essential differences of Islamic governments with the secular governments, the necessary to find the answer to the question according to Islamic government requirements will be double, the Office added.
Scrutinizing existing theories about the nature of political representation and the position of elected members of legislatures, researchers are faced with the some of remote views of the fact that indeed have no real relationship with its external reality and why in this article is to review the recognition of accuracy and views expressed in this relying on the political realities, a novel theory in explaining the nature of representation and the position of the representatives of the parliament is provided, the report adds.
