Nuclear agreement can pave the grounds for Iran's international cooperation, said Kazem Jalali, Head of the Islamic Parliament Research Center (IPRC).
Speaking to Azad News Agency, Jalali thanked the Iranian negotiating team who could proudly reach a breakthrough to defend nuclear rights of the Iranian nation in the last leg of marathon negotiations with major powers in Lausanne.
Expressing his optimism, Jalali expressed hope that we can reach a final deal within the agreed timeframe and also the mechanism for the relief of sanctions is clearly specified without any ambiguity.
"There are some question marks under Lausanne statement on parameters of a nuclear deal which need more clarifications in the course of upcoming negotiations leading to a comprehensive agreement", Jalali remarked.
A member of the Committee on National Security and Foreign Policy, Jalali stated "The nuclear accord can serve as a prelude to Iran's international cooperation, adding that under the current mounting tensions in the Middle East, we should strive to work for the welfare of our people and restoration of peace and security in the region".
